Gods speed is steady unwavering, commitment, and determination 
It's  a sure thing,clarity and certainty. 

Watching my plant unfold is a moment of enlightenment, experiencing patience .

A great teacher once said we we must learn to uncover what we already have for we already have all we will ever want.

If you must seek  ,seek to uncover what's beyond the eyes of man.

In other words don't look at what your neighbors plate has ,look at what is in front of you rather  within you ,for what is in front of you is nothing but truth waiting to be unfolded if you would just be curious enough to look.

Nature the best teacher and healer you would ever find

Learning to say no has felt like a new toy in my little fingers. It has enabled me to establish boundaries and prioritize my own needs without feeling guilty. This newfound power has allowed me to focus on what is truly important to me. I frequently used my past as a shield, and I was completely unaware of this behavior and the belief system I had developed for myself.  I became very good at reading your emotions and mood, used acts of service as a means of winning your love, and for a very long time, your vibration was my high note. I believed I had become enamored with you. You see, in order to comprehend my origin, I had to travel into your sky. I was prepared to recall my path when I at last possessed the knowledge and wisdom. This is the way it is. How exciting!  Once I experienced the feelings of being looked at, not with love but rather with judgment, humiliation, embarrassment, and shame. And let me tell you, this feeling is more unsettling to live with than the thought of what others may be thinking about you.  I was so engrossed in the sensation that I assumed everything and everyone had it in for me.
